@subjectsphinx@mathstodon.xyz i dont have solid evidence, but ive visited some big eu cities (germany, netherlands, belgium, balkans) and i easily envisage dogs and owners hanging in the park. could it be just Budapest? been a while i was in Vienna, but i wouldn’t be surprised it’s similar to Budapest in that regard
