@gameshack_@infosec.exchange To be honest, I'm not sure if I ever actually have. Usually I read the code and rewrite it in my own words. Maybe for shell scripts? But I still want to understand what every line is doing, since code on SO is of... uh... middling quality. (And I usually find mistakes when I go through this process.) With that said, it would be nice to have an actual public, fully open source, license-respecting LLM someday. Not sure if the incentives are there for that, though.
