This started happening a few months ago, I would be minding my own Ubuntu business and then suddenly I can’t left click. After much digging and stupid AI querying, I added something to disabled power management to my boot sequence. That seems to minimize the problems but I still get the problem every 5 minutes or so. To temporarily fix the problem I Ctrl-alt F3 then F2 to come back to. GNOME. I tried with a mint usb and I got the same problem. I thought it was then maybe a mouse problem but the pointer does the same no matter what mouse I use and every mouse I tested worked fine on another Ubuntu of the same release. So I think maybe it is some sort of hardware and driver combination and to power management. I see lots of posts of past years but nothing more recently, but no real solutions or explanations for what might be happening. Okay looks like a start up script will be the thing to do next.

Since this is the most popular channel… Buy this stuff for your first aid kit. Mix it in distilled water and a little hydrogen peroxide. Then apply it to your minor wounds. I’ve never healed a machining cut in two days. I can see the cut but it’s sealed and doesn’t have any pain or infection. Best of all it is 100% painless to apply. I would not recommend other additives like alcohol or as one thing I tried…sodium benzoate. SB is great at preventing infection in foods. However in a previous test that stuff was extremely painful. Worse because you can’t just put your hand in the foscet to remove the pain instantly. It sticks. For larger issues ass CMC. It makes the stuff thick like honey. Another great use is for hemorrhoids. CMC+PVA mixed and allied to the anus area soothes the itch and seals any abrasions. I add a little citric acid because it seems to numb the area after an initial mild sting. Just the tiniest pinch of it. Finally, mix a spoon (the utencil) of CMC and PVA with a drop of HCL or potassium hydroxide to treat moles, skin tags and rashes. You coat the area, it is a bit painful depending on the amount of HCL or KOH. Do it in the bathroom in case you can’t stand the pain so you can immediately jump in the shower to neutralize it. Its really effective as it clings to your skin and melts with sweat reactivating. It works to dry and remove the affected area. This is only for local application, don’t do it on a cut.
