@jill Thank you so much. I really need an example or some inspiration to get moving and leave that toxic environment behind. On second thought, it’s not so much an addiction as it is a bad habit. As you said, my moral values, integrity, and conscience are all telling me to leave. It’s time to become more active in the fediverse and act accordingly 😎

@jill may I ask you how did you "prepare" to leave? I left Facebook long time ago, but i'm having a hard time quitting Instagram - a kind of addiction maybe? Mostly because i already know my friends or favourite local accounts will not join the Fediverse..
