@alex_p_roe@mastodon.world Even those who have previously held down other jobs which did require qualifications and training seem to suffer a total and utter collapse of all intellectual (and moral/ethical) function once embarked upon a political career.
Naming no names but I can think of one particular example immediately and I’m sure there are probably others.
