I did not find a lot of clues online, or have looked in the wrong places. Either most of us do not know yet what is about to happen, or they do not mind? If they do no know an outcry will happen at some point, but I rather assume most just shrug their shoulders.
I mean it does not affect those buying hard copies anyway, but I can not imagine there are so few epub readers?

That really is stupid. I have not replaced my 300 kindle books and deleted my amazon account to now do the same vendor lockin trap elsewhere....
What started as a joke, taught me a lesson. It felt like reaching 1000hrs would be a funny task. 10/100/1000 just a zero more right?
It is nothing new that humans are bad with numbers, the larger the worse. Just start a stopwatch, keep it running, and try to catch up with me if you can...

Not sure if the generalization of how I interpret 'contribution' is correct. It does not explicitly ban AI for coding, but for creating automated issues or PRs, right?
AI assistance as I would expect it is still that every line and concept is reviewed and understood by a human, independent from whether it was typed by AI or not. Disallowing issues/PRs but not code per se implies this.
But I may be wrong if the PR is defined by its code in a more strict sense. I am not into developing open source so sorry if asking something obvious.

Mailumzug fühlt sich immer doof an, kenn das noch, woran liegts? Viel schief gehen kann zwar nicht, aber bei mir hatte es der alte Provider nicht geschafft den DNS richtig einzustellen - Bug in der Weboberfläche 😅

It makes sense: developing their shitty OS takes too much time - even with its ensloppified features there is even less revenue. Why not replace it by a system that works better and is developed by others? I mean they sure can put up ads on a Windows branded desktop environment, there is no feature that Windows makes better than Linux... except for maybe some KLAC. lol

Haben Befeuchter von Philipps. Keine Probleme mit Schimmel aber die Reinigungsintervalle sollte man einhalten.
Bei den Tauschfiltern rate ich dazu entweder Dritthersteller zu nutzen und/oder die Tauschzyklen zu strecken. Speziell bei der Befeuchtereinheit ist es praktisch ein zweites zu haben, dann kann man die tauschen und muss die Entkalkung nicht direkt durchführen.
Letzter Spartipp: Zum Entkalken Essigsäure verwenden. Ich kaufe 10L 60%ige Essigsäure, gibt es in Flaschen oder einem Kanister, und verdünne selbst auf 10%. Aber Vorsicht, der Umgang mit Chemikalien sollte gelernt sein, zumindest seit dem Chemie LK traue ich mir das zu. bei Bedarf bitte vorher informieren ;-)

Eine gute Frage. Wer mit Linux klar kommt, wird locker auch Windows verstehen. Eine Umgewöhnung ist für verschiedene Menschen unterschiedlich anstrengend. Als "Ausrede" nur ein System zu benutzen taugt es kaum.
Am Ende lernen wir zB auch Auto fahren und nicht wie man Audi oder Tesla fährt. Der Rest ist meist persönliche Präferenz oder Abwebdungsfallabhängig.
