It took two straight days of coloring (I didn't draw the piece, just colored it)
But I finally finished my picture of the babies. Based on one of my all time favorite pics of them.

Absolute bliss

Was prepping the doggas food and a piece of kibble fell to the floor. I pointed at it, told her to get it. She picked it up, held it in her mouth a minute, then slowly sat it on the ground.

I said get it. She picked it up, carried it to her bed, sat it down.

I rolled my eyes, gave her the rest of her food, and released her. She rushed to her bowl, ate it, and then finally went back and picked up the piece of kibble she left in bed to eat that as well.

This dog is so weird about when she's willing to touch food. Like...it's great. She never picks shit up outside. But stop waiting for permission to eat, I JUST gave you permission xD

Dogga went on a grand adventure today. She was nearly mortally wounded by a thorn bush. How she made it home is a wonder!

(You can barely see the scratch now that I washed it.)

Bath day today, she was such a good girl during it all.

Hoping for table scraps

She doesn't follow me to the kitchen 80% of the time but can't help but follow me to the bathroom every time I go.

So occasionally I send a picture of Oege to my friend, and they hit me with one of these bad boys. I've built up a whole little collection and I just had to share.

Little Miss hiked 25km today. Here she is during and after her hike.

My friend drew this pic of McDog a good while back. The sparkle in his eye always just melted my heart. Wanted to share.

A memory: One day I took the dog to a city a few stops over to meet the family I was an au pair for.

We took a walk along the boardwalk and their son, about 6-7, asked if he could walk the boy. I gave him the leash, and the dog was SO gentle. He didn't pull at all, he just hopped along at the kid's pace, and they happily trailed on.

At one point they got a bit ahead and the dog realized he couldn't see me anymore. You could see panic set in as he looked around, picked a path, and veered off towards it, thinking maybe I went that way. So I called out to him and he spun around, saw me, and happily bounced his way over to me to love on me and throw a little party because he found me.

It was so pure.

Oêge was not impressed with bath time.

Then I took her out for an hour long walk to run errands
We get home
And this bitch picks up her ball and starts crying cuz she wants to play.
