If you struggle with getting started doing stuff, as I do, this might help.
I came up with this "bore/chore" method which is basically "Set aside time, use it to either do the thing or be bored".
A key part of it is that if it's not working halfway through the time, you can bail to do whatever and try again later. It's not sure-fire for me, but considering I have AuDHD and struggle with demand avoidance - that it helps at all is not nothing!
