I would deeply enjoy an Animal Crossing-like experience where I can start a village with friends. If anyone is aware of something like this for PC, I would appreciate suggestions.

I have installed CachyOS on my Steam Deck. Astra wanted encrypted storage and Luna wanted access to the arch repositories. That said, it is being a touch... stubborn. Particularly in regards to Steam. Either I am stuck on this, pardon my language, fucking logo, or I am having difficulties logging into my Steam account.

I did manage to log in after several attempts but if these problems persist I might either need to consider a reinstall or moving to a different distro.

I attempted Makeup for... hm... perhaps I shouldn't say the first time. Well... it was the first time for me specifically. But we have at least dabbled in foundation before.

That said, I think it went rather well. Not something I'd want to be seen wearing in public, but the experience was enough to give me an adequate idea of what more needs doing as well as seeing what's lacking in my current kit.

I would like to get some cooler colors eventually. I am rather fond of purple.

Unfortunately, I am ill suited for applying eyeliner. Between my low brow, hooded lids, and appallingly shaky hands, I might need to either give up on the idea, find cheats, or see if I can get good.

Given the general popularity of migrant concentration camps and the oppression of trans people, regardless of political affiliation I am not optimistic about my future in this country.

It seems rather pointless to have bike lanes but to not include ample bike racks.

Then again, I suppose that there is only so much that one can expect from a region who's bike lanes are unprotected.

Sometimes it saddens me that I am not shorter.

Our birthday is next month. Would anyone be willing to gift me 600-800 dollars for a new bicycle? : )
