New Years resolution is to set more development goals and work towards them. 2022 was totally haphazard as I worked around the little guys' schedule, so just getting organized is gonna be a big step in the right direction. Much appreciation to @patriksvensson@mstdn.social and @nils_andresen@mastodon.social for letting me play pretend developer with Spectre.Console to let me keep some dignity!

Moved my Maui demo of using my tailwind inspired CSS library over to its own repository. Technical problems to solve there seem to be around Blazor/Maui than my stuff, and build time was brutal. New repo is here.

Hacked in my tailwind inspired CSS library in a Blazor Maui app. With it already working fine for blazor it wasn't terribly tough once I figured out how to do HeadContent with the BlazorWebView.

@jbr@hachyderm.io the 4mb gets you a button with an attractive blue color and a table that looks pretty good. The confetti is an extra 6mb and a gulp script shoved into msbuild that someone copied off a seven year old stack overflow post

asp.net devs will spend weeks trying to shave a few milliseconds off a server call but will happily throw 4mb of css at their users

Building computers has gotten infinitely easier since my first build, a Celeron 300A (of course).

One thing remains terrible, and that's the header pins for the case. The second new one is having to hold onto a tiny m.2 screw for your mobo just in case.

Pushed an updated version of MonorailCSS up that does a slightly better job with arbitrary color values. I still want to rework a bunch of those guts though. Also updated https://try.monorailcss.com with the new library so it can be tested out
