If somebody buys "X" after it fails and renames it "Twitter", will news stories about the new company refer to it as "Twitter, formerly X, formerly Twitter"?

This past trip to the US the province loaned me a RAV4 hybrid so I could easily transport my parents.
I didn't think I would like it (I generally dislike SUVs, and I value fuel efficiency above most else) but it was super-comfortable, had all the collision annoyance features (radar cruise control, lane departure, etc.) and I was getting 40mpg!
Best of all, it was actually EASIER to get my parents in and out of the RAV4 than our Prius!
Not bad.
Sadly, I agree.
It is much easier to build a following with hate.
Hmmm... Maybe a topic for the SE village
These colors don't run
... (They also don't blend so well)
@thedarktangent@defcon.social How do we fight it?
The simplest answer is education, but how do we educate the unwilling? How do we roll back anger-accelerated indoctrination?
I think a natural tendency of the technoratti is to withdraw, but to do so it to abandon entire generations to self-promoted societal immolation.
THIS is the data that makes the expense worth it to the US:
With a few adjustments to the software, they now know definitively that a $4m Patriot missile can easily intercept a $10m "Invincible" Kinzhal.
Huh... I was worried about my angina
... but this seems worse.
I know it gets a lot of hate, but I've found my Cybertruck to be quite useful.

That's pretty much all they do now.
They're re-releasing all their old stories AFTER removing any reference to when the story took place.
Ha!
@leo@twit.social has fallen victim to one of the classic blunders!
The most famous of which is “Never get involved in a land war in Asia,” but only slightly less well known is this:
“Never loan your Flipper Zero to a @defcon@defcon.social - bound Padre, when your fingerprints are still on the device!”
In August 2011, Los Alamos techs posed 8 plutonium rods on a work table to take a few photos.
Had these rods rolled into each other there would have been an instant criticality event. (Think "Demon Core")
Worst still, a supervisor who saw the display ordered the techs to safe the rods, ignoring the protocol to evacuate EVERYBODY (b/c even a hand could moderate the neutrons & cause criticality).
It caused a 4-year, billion-dollar shutdown.

Smart people + overfamiliarity = stupid things.

- Mike Evans, Evangelical D-Riders for Trump
They got what they wanted - the support of "Christian Hate" & the Gospel of prosperity.
Now they're trying to say they KNEW it was wrong, but Trump tricked them.
Don't let them do it.
They made their bed, now they need to sleep in it.
As Musk s*itposts his last memes from his $44b disaster, he needs to turn the public narrative from,
"a rich man with more money than sense though he knew Twitter's business better than the people who built it, & promptly cratered the company under the weight of his own ego"
to,
"Twitter killed itself despite my brilliant leadership."
...
Don't let him do it.
