The new Add Source window includes previews for active sources and a Recently Created tab, making it easier than ever to set up new scenes or find that one video file you know you already added somewhere. Preview updates are staggered and cached when possible for efficiency.

OBS Studio 32.2 is now available! Lots more quality of life adjustments and code cleanup as we continue to concentrate on user experience, stability, and long term project health. OBS Studio 32.1 is now available!

Alongside the usual tweaks and fixes, this release continues our steady work tidying up the codebase.

This release features a complete rewrite of the Audio Mixer, cleaning up code, and adding new functionality.

OBS Studio 32 is now available!

This release comes with our initial version of the Plugin Manager! We've also made additions and optimizations to NVIDIA RTX filters, and added hybrid MOV support.

OBS Studio 29.1 is out!

This release adds AV1/HEVC streaming to YouTube (feature in beta), multiple audio tracks in Simple Output Mode, preloading stinger transitions, new audio encoder settings, faster loads/updates, and various other fixes.

OBS Studio 29.0 is out!

This release added additional encoders, including AV1 on the AMD RX7000 series and AV1/HEVC for supported Intel GPUs on Windows, and HEVC and ProRes support on macOS, as well as fixes for bugs and crashes.
