BPJS exists and can be used to see a psychologist at a hospital, but the process itself is complicated for normal people. For people who are already very stressed and overwhelmed, it can feel even burden
There’s also the step where we have to visit a general docter first at puskesmas, and i afraid to share their personal things with a general doctor
