It looks like mastodon.cloud has been thoroughly abandoned by its owners and moderation staff resulting in some rather wild tomfoolery there along with some glaring security concerns so Mindly.Social has marked the server as "Limited" for now (blocking them from the public feeds, but existing follows and followers can still interact fine) and will give it a week or so to see if things improve before we properly block it.
