Those terms are almost illegible often and I wouldn't give those companies the benefit of doubt anymore either. What I found skimming through their page at least. Edit: but even without anything else, that section just lets them reserve the right to almost anything. Feels really shady they need that when they are not a service that shows user generated content anyway.
