I get that. Maybe “most” is overstating it for humans as well. But I think you are forgetting choking the thing out. Saying its 10 feet long is misleading. There’s a lot of tail and average size is not 300lbs. That’s max. Average is like 150. I think if you can avoid getting bit in the neck, you have a chance.

How about, we kill the people hurting others for personal gain, and then we have a nice long talk about why we shouldn’t kill people in polite society, which those others intentionally destroyed? I hear 200 dead the first day. The US 5ft fleet base (second largest in the region) was hit multiple times in the first few HOURS of the war. there was a billion dollar radar system there and a large wide building that I saw with a large hole in its roof. Since then it has been hit repeatedly and from what I heard, is basically gone. There were like 9000 troops stationed there.

This is beautiful and I want to agree with you. Mostly I disagree that violence taints your soul permanently. I believe it is this line of thinking that has led the repetition of violence throughout history. Those who wish to do harm are never treated with strongly enough and so they persist. They are readily allowed access to others to harm as they please. Perhaps we can stave off states doing it with the right government types but there will be those in the general populace that desire harm for others and they will strive to upend that government at all times. My opinion is: oppression deserves reciprocal violence an order of magnitude above and immediately.

My claim is that capitalism is not only an economic system as it will eventually replace the government as well. I feel like you enjoy talking down to people who don’t have a degree in the fantasy world of economics. The entire field is nonsense building off of nonsense.

I am constantly bewildered by you people who act like these things are separate, unrelated ideas. What do you fucking mean I’m criticizing government and not capitalism? Is regulation of the economy unrelated to the economic system? Does that economic system not impact the effectiveness of various methods of regulation? Why do you feel you can just sidestep questions and claim it’s unrelated?

Explain how to prevent capital from interbreeding with regulation. Tell me how a government could definitely prevent that.

Maybe we are focusing on the wrong places. Maybe we should be burning down schools of economics. Burn down every building that teaches it. Maybe that would help.

It was regulated. They captured the regulators. That’s the whole point. It could never have gone any other way. Capitalism breeds greed. In everyone. And when a greedy person sees another person doing something highly immoral and abusive to their customers, they don’t think, “my God! We have to stop it!” They think, “that’s a good idea. How can I get MINE?”
