Here are my cover illustrations for a dark fantasy duology by Helyna L. Clove!
I worked on them back in 2024 but since the second book (Untwined) is releasing soon, I'm finally able to share them together!
Since I was working on both at the same time, I was able to design them from the beginning using shapes, colours, etc., that mirror each other and symbolise the story of these books. Also, obviously, I had fun with brushstrokes :)

"Winter Trails"
I can finally show one of my favourite paintings from last year! This was a commission for Illumicrate, which was printed on a blanket included in a recent Afterlight box.
Auroras are my favourite natural phenomena and i'd love to see them some day, so i'm very glad I got to paint one!

Somehow I forgot to post this piece earlier! It was painted for the reverse dust jacket of an OwlCrate special edition of "Sleep Like Death" by Kalynn Bayron which was published, uh, a year ago or so...
I couldn't read the book before illustrating it, but the art director Yeatasmin Shiropa really did a great job with the brief. In the end I'm happy with the symbolism I could bring here :) plus I really liked the emerald-brown colour palette and designing the windows.
