@StevenBeschloss@mastodon.social the biggest problem is that a lot of media (looking dead on at NYT with Trump sycophant Haberman still somehow on the payroll despite it coming out that she has laundered propaganda for him) give them a platform instead of treating them as the whackadoodles they are. The idiocy will stop when the people with megaphones stop putting one in front of these a-holes every chance they get because "ratings." MAGA, Jordan, McCarthy, Gaetz, MTG, Bobert or whatever are all five year olds throwing a temper tantrum in the middle of a grocery store and a lot of news programs are like the moron parents offering them cake, a hug, ice cream, or whatever attention they imagine they need. The solution is simple, the media needs to cut their mics, walk away, stop showing clips, etc.
