I went with heat pump hybrid, its worked well but it was pricier than just a straight replacement of the old one.
If you're not DIYing it, get a few quotes, sometimes a contractor not familiar with a tankless install will give a wildly higher price than one that specializes in it for instance.

And besides that, his life isn't worth a billion dollars to protect, thats what the 22nd amendment is for.

Legit scary but I wonder at what point does AI anything become as welcome as spam & filtered as such? AI;dr sums it up. Spam killed a lot of Php forums, people stopped going.
People don't even answer their phones anymore. 20 years ago people would run from another room to pick up. Now there's so much spam signal/noise people expect spam more than legit calls.
I guess what i'm wondering is any platform that welcomes the slop, will people feed from the trough?
