Speaking of Google: has anybody noticed how unbearably slow Google sites are lately? I almost never use Google search anymore. But I hit it the other day because I couldn't find some really obscure kernel error message, and the damn thing froze Firefox. And it did so repeatedly and consistently after restarting the browser, until I killed almost all Google scripts in uBO. The same "experience" can be felt on any Google site, like Map.

Plenty of places are disputed because they have natural resources or sit in strategically interesting locations. But plenty of other place have nothing special to offer and are just disputed for stupid nationalist reasons. Kashmir is one of the latter. As always, the ones who suffer from the nationalist nonsense are the everyday Kashmiris trying to live a normal life.

For me, pretty much all of Bob Dylan's production. I know he's supposed to be a Nobel-Prize-winning genius singer and songwriter, and everybody is in total awe of his talent, but... honestly, I've seen people sing better and play the guitar better in the metro. I don't dislike Bob Dylan, and his lyrics were a powerful product of his time. But he's always seems very meh to me as a musician. I just don't get the hype.
