I know that #ADHD can mean I Catastrophise but I don't know how anyone looks at the actions of the US & Israeli govts at the moment without doing so.
By electing a corrupt, narcissist criminal with severe cognitive decline the US population have caused incredible suffering and immense harm to the future of humanity.
In the process they have highlighted the weakness of democratic systems for controlling despots and made visible many leaders lacking adequate morals, ethics and courage.

Not been sleeping very well recently #ADHD maybe the novelty of the music playing facemask has worn off.
Still I've had about 6 hours. Got up just before 5am.
Going to do some writing for a couple of hours and then go back to bed for a couple of hours.

Whoop whoop.
Since moving onto our boat on 28th July I have lost just over 10kg, I am now just under 100kg.
Lots more needed but this is a nice milestone.
Just over 1.4kg lost per week.

I've just realised that I have misplaced feelings of failure.
For years I have thought I'm a failure because I couldn't have a notebook by my bed and write down ideas/thoughts so I didn't need to remember them and by writing them down I could relax and sleep.
Now I realise this is #NeuroTypical people not understanding #ADHD no wonder it felt impossible and overwhelming. I'd be writing non-stop, multiple notebooks each night and no relaxation.

@geekygirldawn I wish that had always been part of the culture everywhere I've worked. Too often knowledge it felt like knowledge wais held onto for power games. Or failing is seen as some kind of right of passage. I wonder why so little attention is given to these kinds of cultural issues, it's not as if it's difficult to see what a huge difference the culture makes.
