March 17, 2026 @ 14:32 Good afternoon family & friends❣️ Very cold here today, mostly gray. Leelan just texted that the parking lot at his school, which had become a large pond after all the rain over the weekend, is now frozen solid. (Were I his age I'd be getting my ice skates - we had ice skates as kids - and going back for the rest of the afternoon!) Pete is at an appointment but should be back soon. Not much going on, but updates and content I have added so far today is probably all that I can do for the day and you likely won't see me again until tomorrow. Enjoy your day❣️🙌✝️🎶😆🥩🌿💐👴👵🐕‍🦺🦜

March 7, 2026 @ 16:08 Good afternoon family & friends❣️ Today is a very special day for me and I have been celebrating it ever since I got up this morning. You will notice that all of my morning updates are of a spiritual nature, and most refer to heaven. That's where I'm going when my time comes! And I have that assurance because 50 years ago today I said NO! to the world and YES! to Jesus. Today is my spiritual birthday, the day that changed my life forever - from that day through all of eternity. When I made that choice to follow Jesus I was instantly and dramatically changed, going from someone whose life went from one (usually profane and nasty) pleasure to the next, most of them having bad consequences...and going to Someone whose Spirit entered into my soul and gave me innocence, purity, and love. It was just like being struck by a bolt of lightning, so powerful and sudden that moment! All of my nasty vocabulary left my mind - I didn't even understand dirty jokes anymore! When I looked at the people around me, it wasn't with a derisive, critical and even mean eye - it was with a sense of lovingkindness and gentleness as the Lord used me. Whereas previously mentions of the Lord made me angry, now I craved His fellowship and His Word. Where I had had fear, it was gone and replaced with joy and peace and trust in my Father. And on and on it went. And goes! I have had times in my life where I started to stray off of His path for my life but He brought me back, repentant and thankful. The negativity that had surrounded and filled me for 19 years was instantly gone 50 years ago today as He changed me from the inside out, filling me with His presence and love. So I will continue to celebrate this day today - and forever. Heaven is my home and that heavenward mindset mentioned above will be part of me until I get there❣️🙌✝️🎶😆🥩🌿💐👴👵🐕‍🦺🦜

March 6, 2026 @ 13:03 Good afternoon family & friends❣️Another gray day but supposed to be in the 50s. Also expecting rain and even storms today and tomorrow. I don't plan to go anywhere. Excited that the bus continues to start, so I will be able to start driving it. Today will be just a regular day doing the usual stuff around the house and with the PoiBoiz and whatever else comes up. I would like to play my keyboard a bit, and try out my new equipment, now that Leelan got it all connected and set up. Pete is out running a couple of errands but should be back shortly. It does seem to be working out better for me to do all of my updates and content additions to this site earlier in the day, since evenings are typically more difficult and I just want to go to bed early, so that's probably what I will continue to do most days. Unless I have other things to share in the evenings of course. Anyway, happy Friday, and I will see you tomorrow if not before❣️🙌✝️🎶😆🥩🌿💐👴👵🐕‍🦺🦜

March 4, 2026 @ 21:29 Good evening family & friends❣️ I don't think I got everything done on my site today but I'm not sure. Since I've been kind of addled 🥴 all day I will just start from scratch here tomorrow I guess. Pete and Leelan are probably on their way home from the ham meeting, and should be here any time. I got the PoiBoiz and dogz all set for the night so Pete doesn't have to worry about anything, and I'm turning in to bed. I hope you had a great day, we're on the downhill to the weekend now, woohoo!
