@deviantollam@defcon.social As far as I can tell, it is a robustly built stairwell, but doesn’t exist outside. I couldn’t tell what was in them, but they did have a “No Flammable Re…..” tag shown on one. As to whether they are full or not, no idea, but would have to assume they have some amount of contents left. Still made me do a double take.
