Doing my almost daily copy of Rembrandt sketches. Copying Takes never more than 20 min, aim is just to re-enact the dynamic of line & hatching. The amazing truth is, that one is learning in every session something new. I haven't before truely seen the composition of the different groups in thus picture. Man will zeitkritisch sein und auch die Bausünden oder den Überverkehr auf-zeichnen... aber dann endet man eben doch beim historischen Ortskern mit dem Scharm der langen dunklen Jahrhunderte und der etwas freieren Besiedelungsgeometrie.
