Not sure if this is a jest, but it isn’t true. People move to other countries sometimes with little more than the clothes on their backs - just look at historical immigration to the US. If you have the luxury of doing it the proper way - getting a job offer, a place to live, etc - then that’s perfect, but desperate people will do desperate things to survive.

Some nostalgia of those times when people had the skills and the means to work on the things they own. Nowadays it feels like it doesn’t matter that you paid full price for your car, or even your tractor for that matter, they’re finding ways of keeping their paws on everything. I haven’t traded in my diesel van because of this, though it’s getting heavy with the miles on it… In any case, not that those times were necessarily better, sounds like people just got by, and thats all too familiar.

Best I can tell, the criteria for calling something "cheese" in America is containing 51% cheese. That's just ridiculous. Either it's cheese, or it's a product.

My understanding is that cheddar is yellow, not orange, unless they add colouring specifically to make it orange.

I’m not dissing anyone, far from it, I love the whole cast so much, but those two are made for live acting, they have that bigger than life quality or something.
