Because I’m a glutton for punishment I decided to run my own mastodon instance. I setup @gotosocial@gts.superseriousbusiness.org and uploaded my following list.

Seems until gotosocial supports relays I’m kind of stuck waiting to completely migrate over to @bryan@dusty.ninja. I follow many hashtags and I just can’t beat what @streamofron@macaw.social provides here at macaw.social. I’m not going to miss out on #-startrek among many others…😝

I guess I’ll just try to use two mastodon accounts for now?

It seemed when they were released unnumbered they were setting them apart as foundational books. Imzadi and Metamorphosis also being great character building for TNG.

The book Q-Squared directly ties the two together. I’ve given a more detailed thought about this in the StarTrek hashtag. The book is a great read.

As soon as we pulled to the gate a family of 4 rushed the length of the plane from tail blocking first class from getting ready. I was too far back to hear exchange with flight attendant. Guy next to me looked like he was going to hulk smash family but his wife(?) 2 seats behind tells him to breath(?). I could feel everyone around me sigh and collectively pat themselves on the back for not disturbing his Instagram session. Like “great job not getting face broken from shushing”. 2/2

Got back to #Portland tonight. Flew Hawaiian Airlines from #HNL to #PDX. Dude next to me spent entire flight scrolling Instagram until is headphones died. Last 30min of flight was him scrolling with full sound for everyone around to hear. Needless to say it was extremely annoying.

No one said anything because the world is full of totally insane people. The dude wore deer themed camo pants, a t-shirt, skin covered in generic tribal tattoos, and arms as big as my legs.

Really awesome that computers at Social Security Administration have hours… 🙄

Forgot to charge my #AppleWatch, and I’m pretty mad at myself for all the daily activities “not counting” because steps and vitals were not recorded.

I’m a slave to my own data! 😂

By the time I was up the room was empty besides two other gentlemen.

The judge reviewed my case and just asked why I appeared when I could have simply replied by mail etc. I said I wanted traffic school. He examined driving record and asked a few questions… leaned back… took a deep sigh and said, ‘normally I’d tell you to pound sand but I’m so worn out and don’t want to argue… and need to pee. So I’ll grant you traffic school’.
