Sorry that 3 RE18 trains in a row disappeared without any information provided in Aachen yesterday, after a thorough investigation it turned out that our intern at our dispatching office in Heerlen kept picking up the phone with „sorry ich sprechen nicht so gut deutsch“ and hung up every time the DB Leitstelle in Köln tried to reach us…
