I'm laughing too hard to crosspost right now.
Some of you may remember that a little while back, some sleazy dirtbag FL lawyer by the name of John Ruiz was threatening SLAPP suits over on Twitter. And then claimed I was violating professional rules by swearing at him and that my tweets were not protected by the First Amendment.
HE FILED a 100+ PAGE BAR COMPLAINT BECAUSE I WAS MEAN TO HIM ON TWITTER DOT COM.
Needless to say, ARDC was not impressed, and dismissed it out of hand.

Absolutely loling at the fact that Lindsey Graham doesn't realize how many people would love to shut down the expressive enterprises that give him a platform and that licensure would make it easier to do just that.
Notorious lickspittle Lindsey Graham doesn't seem to understand that we don't license expression in this country, and the reason for that is made plain by his suggestion: it would be used to punish expression that upsets the government.
