So I’ve watched the first three episodes of the new Ghost in the Shell. The tone is much different from the original movie, as well as Stand Alone Complex.
I know there are a lot of people who don’t care for it, but I think it’s pretty cool. Since I knew people had issues with the show, I think it helped that I went into this without a lot of expectations.

@britt@mstdn.games I just looked at your site, and while I’m not interested in fidget toys, your image descriptions are very good. The only thing I can think is to let them know what parts move or spin or click, etc. Maybe ask them if there’s a particular part of the toy they have questions about. Hopefully that will make it easier for you to help them.
Just finished my first play through of Slay the Princess. It’s a weird game, but I really like it. I’m also working on my second play through of As Dusk Falls.

@FreakyFwoof @flamulous This post misses the whole point of why people are upset about AI. If it was just that people were using it to make music, that’s one thing. But now you have corporations deliberately trying to get rid of human workers. None of the other things mentioned in this post was ever trying to do that.
