@deprecated_ii@poa.st that's why I'm cautious when arguing for this.
I can see a few scenarios where that might be the case, specially for high earners and some professions that require mobility, but that is not representative of the bigger part of the population.
Also, depends entirely on where you are buying it and what is to come economically wise.
