  For those listening to Ben and @daringfireball on Dithering, he was talking about nvALT, not nvUltra. nvUltra should be out in the next 2 months and is NOT open source. nvALT will probably be updated for Silicon around the same time, for those who prefer to just keep using it. NV has had some PRs submitted for Apple Silicon conversion, easy to pull from the upstream, if you know what you're doing and want to do it yourself.   Yesterday I had 3 apps in top 20 charts on the MAS at once. I feel like I'm succeeding at this, we'll see how long it keeps up. TerminalWidget is still in #1 Paid Developer Tools 😁.

  @rhsev FileRouter is #10 in Productivity in the US, and other than posting on my blog, I haven't done any marketing at all yet. Planning a Product Hunt launch on the 15th, and will do some email marketing after that. Maybe make it to top 5? Thanks again for the start :).

  It was a bi-lateral day. Got both sides of my big toe nail cut out and treated with some chemical so they don’t grow back, and then an hour later I was on a table getting shots through both sides of a vertebrae. Hopefully all this will be a good thing.

  I'm setting up a new MBP from “scratch" and the more I try to port old configs the worse things get. I might actually have to build this up one tool at a time. Nothing makes you more aware of how many customizations you have than starting from zero.

  I submitted versions of Marked 3 and Marked 3 Pro MAS at 2am on the 4th of July and they were approved by 2pm. In addition to an excellent turnaround in review times, I think we can also surmise that Apple is not patriotic.

  users->figlet, cal, network speeds, time machine progress, API check, a prompt hook that updates the one in the lower left every time I change directories in Terminal and shows me my next actions (using NA), and a few showing output from my Doing project at different sizes/formats.   Added a matrix mode to terminal-widget. Just pass it a series of integers and it will map them with the highest value being solid and the lowest value being .1 alpha. Everything else gets alpha mapped in between.

  I dropped my MBP and broke the screen yesterday. I ssh’d in and made sure all my git repos and dotfiles were pushed, and that my clone drive was up to date. Don’t know why hooking up an external display wouldn’t work, but did eventually get screen sharing to work. Now I get to find out how useful AppleCare+ actually is.
