What they don't make obvious is that includes a £30 monthly subscription to their 10 minute a day brain training app that is taken from your card on short notice.   Damn, thought I'd found a wonder food. I'd scanned it into Carbs and Cals and seen the values seemed too good to be true. They were. It was showing me the nutritional info for 100g. But a single portion is 400g.

  A hill I never thought I'd be prepared to die on but here we are. I was taught 24 hour clock the way the Royal Navy does it. If you write a time with a zero preceding the hour then that means it's being described as 24 hour clock time. So when reading 06:00, in my mind I hear it as "Oh Six Hundred Hours". There's no need to follow that with AM, it's implied. Following it with PM is just wrong, Wrong. WRONG!
