  Another unexpected (for me at least) benefit of a short yoga break at home is that you are making the time for yourself. Solo hiking is my form of meditation usually, but right now I cannot leave home; but now YouTube yoga sessions are giving me the soothing moments that I really need at the moment. If you are a caregiver, nursing a heavy heart, under a stress that you can't talk about... I highly recommend it. You are not alone. #TakeCare #caregiver

  I also did some framing, because I have two group shows in July/August. Compared to last year when I had shows back-to-back-to-back, it's been fairly quiet this year. And that means very little sales. These are both plein air pieces. For the locals, the right one (with two more) goes to the show at Wilbur D. May Museum in Reno (July), and the left (along with 5 more pieces) goes to North Tahoe Arts at Tahoe City (July/August). #MastoArt #PastelArtist #pleinair #landscapepainting

  A local, woman-owned small business that produces my favorite soap just announced that she's closing the business. I instantly ran to another woman-owned shop that sells the soap, and bought 80% of what they had (compelled to leave some for other fans). Very sad but I'm sure she has other plans.   Something I've been doing for a quick fun; one-inch square design scrap booking. Packaging, wrapping paper, catalogues and postcards are now examined for the designs rather than just being tossed into the recycling bin. These two pages are collections of about two months. #MastoArt #Designs
