  this is my single longest note. despite bumping the character limit up to the highest that my server software will physically let me (because it's my computer! let me publish whatever i want!), my most recent edit marks the first time i've ever seen Sharkey warn me that i'm getting close to the character limit. in fact, i even exceeded the limit and had to cut out a sentence. never had that happen before on this instance.
