1/2 Just watched Dave Milner on today's Sunday Shot. The ABC are censoring one of the four demands by the Arrendte Aboriginal women about Pine Gap. The slaughter in Gaza is censored. Looking for an Android app that will create binaural beats in audio streamed to the device by other apps - audiobooks via Audible, audio via YT etc. (Search engines return a morass of binaural beat app but nothing that works on the fly. I know I can download the streams then use Audicity or similar to change the frequency in one of the channels. I'm seeing Linus Torvalds support for AI as a possible sign of cognitive impairment. Even if so it might AIUI take another 20 years before his functioning is clearly inadequate. But it's something worth considering about every aging human. And with old age beginning at 60 Linus is on the edge of that now. #LinusTorvalds #Linux #OldAge

It ain&#39;t all bad. Got to see lunch time in a locked, dementia palliative care ward, in a commercial, government funded, aged care facility today in 2026. Not a &quot;beautiful decor&quot; place, many small rooms have 2 residents and no window. The staff have time to engage with residents and have a quick chat, no one is walk-running.
