  I used this site which aggregates candidate endorsements to help voters determine which candidates best represent their ideals, and most closely align with their political beliefs. I've chosen the most #progressive candidates I found, based on endorsements, for the #Florida #Democratic #primary, and will drop off my ballot this week.   The "economy" isn't a thing. The word is an Orwellian abstraction for people. The "economy" doesn't do anything, people do (or don't). Economics is the study of how, why, when, and where people do or don't spend, save, borrow, invest, etc. the money available to them. "Economic activity" = People doing things with money. We need to (finally) start referring to *everything* as what it actually is, and discussions regarding the "economy"...

  I've never cared about or understood Green Lantern, but the new trailer for the Lanterns show has me very interested. Although his taste in music is horrific, it seems James Gunn (along with Matt Reeves' The Penguin) may be the one who gets me into DC characters and stories.   My biggest political regret of all time is using Act Blue to make donations. The endless text and email spam generated by that decision is literally unstoppable. There's no universal opt out option available, and they claim zero responsibility for the actions of any entity that uses the data their platform provides to its users.
