  Does anyone still use MP3 players? Can you recommend a small audio player that will work with Linux? I can blindly buy one off amazon but hoping someone had a suggestion. I had one about the size of a matchbook, had 64G of music and I wore it cutting the lawn. I forget the brand but It broke last year and I didn't replace it yet. I like a portable player that doesn't rely on my phone, a subscription, or cellular/internet for streaming.

  Who knows about payphone keys? I need to remove this from the wall. Its long dead. Even has a nice sign that says "Scheduled for removal" dated in the 2000s. I have a coin box key that doesn't fit, but I have none of these side of phone keys.

  Just to add to my insane home networking difficulties, right now I am online, all clients are working / routing to the internet. Can I connect to OPNsense via HTTP or SSH? Nope. The box just ignores me. I can log in locally and all is fine. WTF? I started a radio stream as a "test" and now poking around, some stuff loads, some doesn't, like 1/2 the internet is out. WTF? (again)

  I just borked my server doing a reboot. "Why haven't I rebooted this thing in over 100 days?" Thats why. Ugh. Now trying to debug on a 8" screen. Im old and this is REALLY hard even with glasses.

  I just got what I think is a crazy price for two Palo Alto firewalls. (5410s) Anyone got a compatible suggestion? Something I don't also need support windows boxes (panorama) would be great.

  I used this as reference when teaching Bash and would recommend students picked up a copy.   The ESP32Home sensor in my shed broke sometime over the winter. Probably power related as the light bulb also went (LED). I replaced the bulb and plugged the ESP32 directly into HA, but it wouldn't recognize it. I moved the sensors to a new ESP32 (same board, bought in a pack) and installed the code (same code). It connects to WiFi and shows sensor data in the logs, but the ESP32 sub page still says "Offline" and the HA Dashboard says "Unavailable". C...

  Got a 3 node ProxMox cluster and PegaProx running on some old hardware at work. Its very nice, better than I had hoped even. Even with the Ceph storage so its like a tiny hyperconverged.

  A few years ago I opened a ticket with the company help desk about a problem, only to have it routed through 3 others and then back TO me with a note "see ticket." If I could solve the issue, why would I open a ticket? Today was one of the days that made me remember that ticket. If I come to you with a problem, asking for help, it means I can't fix it on my own.
