Before anyone starts cheering about Sweden removing computers and going back to books, the issue is a bit more complicated than that. It's like with any tool. It's about how you use it, not what you're using. The core issue is that, from my pov regarding Sweden, is that their way of teaching is stuck in the 1980s. Then you have the issue that they don't seem to teach computer literacy any more. Sure, remove computers, blame them, as you've done the last...

So, when Palestine lobbed a few bombs on Israel because they're sick of being occupied, everyone got upset. But when US attacks Iran, all politicians are quiet. So sick of USA rn.

I've had this argument for the last 20 years as someone that started using Linux in 1999 and like OSS. Just because it's OSS doesn't mean it's more secure. You know, the very tech they grew up with and used. Not forgetting still use obsessively. I'm GenX and as usual, we are ignored and not heard, because we do what we were taught. Stay silent and unseen. If some of you knew the fucked up stuff we saw, you'd be scared. Hell, even commercial...

I want to leave Ig, but most of the artists I listen to rn I've discovered on Ig. This sucks so much. Because non are on Monnett or Mastodon. Not even Bsky (deleted my account). Maybe end of the year I'll leave Ig. Hopefully.

I discovered GTA Online has a new mini-game. You drive a forklift and move pallets. Guess who is going to play the shit out of that mini-game later.

After searching high and low, I've finally found a to-do/task list app that is hosted in EU! Superlist. Same team that created Wunderlist. Finally deUSing my apps and services. Last two things now is music streaming and getting a Fairphone.
