10K Morning Run 🇩🇪🥣☕️ Lovely run in Hannover - they have a Perl of a forest 🌳 in the middle of the city 👌🏻🤩. Really amazing to run in the crowded (ish; people sleeps still here) streets only to shortly after be absorbed totally in green forest surroundings 🤗 https://strava.app.link/QS2uEdh9F4b #running

11K Morning run 🏃🏽♀️☕️🤠 Easy effort. As opposed to yesterday afternoon 😇. Listened as always to some awesome podcasts. An American one (AJW) and a Danish one (Magnus). Both are highly recommended. Lovely easy listening. Both extremely positive, fun, insightful. Fun fact: it is primarily when I run faster sessions that I turn away from this and listen to music instead. Primarily because I can’t concentrate on what there saying if I’m pushing hard 😂 https://strava.app.link/7UV333Anw4b #running

11K Run - Tempo Today’s second (and thus last) run. I purchased a new pair of super trainers : the ✨ASICS Magic Speed 5✨s. So that’s ofc what I ran in (couldn’t resist 🤪). And you don’t run slowly in those 😎. So I basically just went with it … as I warmed up I settled on my aroundish threshold pace. The shoes made me. It was a fantastic experience. These shoes are basically race shoes too. Feels like the metaspeeds, except much more stable. https://strava.app.link/sslrDGXhv4b #running

22K Morning Run - Up at 04:05 AM 🤩 There’s absolutely no way I could get the run done unless I got up early 😂: today will be full of ceremony and party activities 🤗… because it’s my daughter’s Confirmation day 🥳 https://strava.app.link/U1VVtbjts2b #running

✅ Wayout Backyard Ultra | 21 Yards (140K) Phew 🤠. Started 20:00 Friday and ran until 17:00 Saturday. I beat my backyard ultra PB with 1 yard. Not much and I definitely had bigger ambitions. Yet this was what I had: smashed quads and sore legs made it clear that I would just reach for beating my old 20 yards 🙃. Colleague Mads was there too 🤩 - so awesome. Lovely race. Rained at night. But clear at day. Back next year 💯 https://strava.app.link/sXfWjsSJT1b #running #ultrarunning #trailrunning
