11K Run - Tempo Today’s second (and thus last) run. I purchased a new pair of super trainers : the ✨ASICS Magic Speed 5✨s. So that’s ofc what I ran in (couldn’t resist 🤪). And you don’t run slowly in those 😎. So I basically just went with it … as I warmed up I settled on my aroundish threshold pace. The shoes made me. It was a fantastic experience.
