11K Morning run 🏃🏽‍♀️☕️🤠 Easy effort. As opposed to yesterday afternoon 😇. Listened as always to some awesome podcasts. An American one (AJW) and a Danish one (Magnus). Both are highly recommended. Lovely easy listening. Both extremely positive, fun, insightful. Fun fact: it is primarily when I run faster sessions that I turn away from this and listen to music instead.
