Interesting thing about how people who live with chronic pain experiences certain types of pain ... Where, let's start with this: a good personal trainer should always tell you that "if it hurts when you do a movement, listen to your body and stop doing it". If a personal trainer or similar who *isn't* someone that knows your particular physicalities well tells you to "work through the pain" ... Please don't listen to them! Anyways, when I do stretches and exerc...

My brain's churning through storytime, so let me get a summary of things ... The #IronAgeApocalypse story starts at midsummer. Several weddings are taking place, where we follow Daga Atlesdotter (the grand-daughter of a seer) as she marries Ingemund Tyrgilsson and moves from Kil (where she has lived with her mother and grandmother) to Kärra, where Ingemund's father Tyrgil Svarte (named so due to his dark hair, something that his son as inherited) and mother Jorid Hakonsdotter (D...

My brain just can't stop imagining a particular conversation between director and actor(s) around a c-drama I've been watching. In Pursuit of Jade (historical drama) we have a decently minor side character named Song Yan. He appears in a handful of episodes (let's call it 5 out of 40), because he's an ungrateful snake of a scholar who got out of the engagement with his "childhood sweetheart" (our main character) ... whose family had bankrolled h...

Socks! These were made using yarn I never expected to get any use for (my sister's family gave it before I was doing socks, and it was sock yarn), but now it's perfect! And I found out that with the heels in the contrast (black, despite the picture showing navy blue), one ball is enough for a pair for me, so I'll get two pairs out of this, wee! They've got an eye of partridge reinforced heel (heel flap & gusset), wedge toe and princess soles (reverse stoc...

(simplifying this with slight stereotyping for comedic effect) Women: "We don't like that media, ads and the internet is objectifying us in a way they don't objectify men, and would like more equality." Internet: "Okay, here's looksmaxxing, where mostly men objectify other men in the name of 'this is what women wants'. Now men get to deal with self-esteem issues, ED and feeling like a failure for their appearance too. That&amp...
