  Just in case it helps anyone, the Washington Trails Association trail map has an overlay option where you can see the air quality and wildfires along with the trails' location.   Out of curiosity I let some of my carrots bloom. I had planted them too late last year, so there was not much carrot to start with. I'm glad I did this. The flowers are loved by so many insects. I've seen bees of many types, bee-flies, flies, wasps and tiny beetles. The flowers last a long time and give out a sweet fragrance, which is very appreciated by Little Kid.   Fixing the area under the garage steps was our "Saturday afternoon project" (it's Sunday evening and we're at.. 50% of the project 😆). @Crumbee has put most of the effort.   #WaterfallWednesday This is an urban waterfall that collects street runoff water in Everett and diverts it to a wetland where the water can slow down and get filtered before entering the Snohomish River.   From our trip to the Seattle Asian Art Museum, I was also absolutely fascinated by the current exhibit by Anila Quayyum Agha, a Pakistani American artist. She uses laser-cut geometrical shapes and light. It's incredible.
