#WaterfallWednesday This is an urban waterfall that collects street runoff water in Everett and diverts it to a wetland where the water can slow down and get filtered before entering the Snohomish River. I took this picture shortly after a heavy downpour. The waterfall structure is part of a pedestrian bridge over the railroad. #pnw #UrbanRunoff
