Among others (and to help show the breadth of what I mean): - the obvious one: each project with >1 contributor is a governance system even if the governance is “don’t be a dick” - product management at GitHub, via the product features that constrain (govern) collaboration there - the license community (including drafting, interpretation, and enforcement/scanning) I assume someone has a list?

  Welp, @linuxfoundation saying it out loud: CRA as currently drafted means we will likely see "not for use in the EU" notices on open source code. My own sense is that this is (1) reasonable and (2) consistent with traditional notions of open source, which has allowed withdrawal of code where legal burdens (historically patents) creates risks for the authors.
