    A common way to monetise podcasts is to charge for exclusive access to extra episodes etc. People who like what you&#39;re doing will pay for even more of it. Exclusively. But that means excluding people and not being inclusive. Not everyone is in a position to pay for the exclusive stuff and that isn&#39;t fair.
