🍽️ Lunchtime - For lunch, we're having a childhood favorite: potatoes, spinach, and a fried egg. For dessert, a little treat—a small scoop of ice cream. #healthlog

My son really likes watching YouTube videos. But he said the ads are annoying. So I set up https://www.tubearchivist.com/ and added the videos to Jellyfin. It works perfectly! #homelab

PIMP MY WORKFLOW Today I got SonarQube, Trivy, and Dependency Track up and running, and I’ve now integrated everything with my workflows. It’s really cool how much of an overview this gives you. If everything goes smoothly, I’ll definitely write a blog post about it. #homelab #devops #security

I didn't manage to eat my meals on time today. 😩 I just had too much work to do. I need to get back on track tomorrow. #healthlog

I’ve been using Coder for my development environments for a few months now, and I don’t want to work locally anymore. This makes it easier to switch devices or share a specific version with a colleague. Has anyone else tried this? #homelab

Staging is live. First real feature in boring.tools: container management. No big release, no confetti yet – but the foundation is there. Monitor Docker containers, start them, stop them. Exactly what you need, without the overhead of bloated platforms. Beta is coming soon. If you want in, sign up at boring.tools #boringtools #buildinpublic #devtools

I started off strong but then lost steam just as quickly. It’s incredibly hard to change your habits. That’s why I’m now trying to develop a system that makes it easier for me to stick to my goals. I tried keeping a food diary because I wanted to motivate myself to eat better and more regularly, but also to show how quickly you slip back into unhealthy eating habits. Well, it didn’t really work out. #healthlog #habits

If you want better results, then forget about setting goals. Focus on your system instead. #habits

Today is my first day back at work after my Easter break. What surprised me was that none of my coworkers noticed the Axios hijack. Am I just too nerdy, or are my coworkers simply not familiar enough with the subject? I can’t figure it out. #axios #security #cve

The Axios hack and the vulnerability discovered in Trivy prompted me to think extensively about how to prevent such issues in the future — or at the very least significantly reduce the attack surface. In my professional environment, we deliver highly sensitive HR software where data protection incidents can cause substantial reputational damage and considerable costs. The effort required to implement appropriate protective measures is therefore entirely justified. #docker #vulnerability

Just got fitted with a 24-hour blood pressure monitor today! 🩺 A couple of weeks ago I had a routine medical check-up — I'd been feeling a bit off, so my doctor decided it was time to take a closer look at my heart health. First step: 24 hours of continuous blood pressure monitoring strapped to my arm. Curious to see what the results will show. Has anyone else gone through this? 👀 #Health #BloodPressure #HeartHealth #MedicalCheckup #24hBP
