Just got fitted with a 24-hour blood pressure monitor today! 🩺 A couple of weeks ago I had a routine medical check-up — I'd been feeling a bit off, so my doctor decided it was time to take a closer look at my heart health. First step: 24 hours of continuous blood pressure monitoring strapped to my arm. Curious to see what the results will show.
