  @charliejane This Flash movie was always gonna be the big build-up to the DCEU version of Engame. I think Snyderverse fans just expected more of an "Oh snap, here comes Darkseid. Game on!" vibe and less of an... End. I wanted Iron Man 2 to be about Tony destroying all his friendships on the way to Iron Man 3: Demon in a Bottle, but it had to carry different water. (watch the cut beginning of IM2 and tell me that's not where Favreau was going with the IM trilogy from day one)

  @i Any 3-letter domain is a hot property. My initials are pretty rare, but I still can't get a .xyz domain without paying a squatter $10,000. Li is available, tho.... Hmmm... You should insist to people that it'a .il for Illinois, and then pretend to get embarrassed when you "realize the truth"

  @georgetakei When he was on the ski patrol in high school, my dad's goal was to still be skiing when he was 80. He taught me how to ski, and he taught my kids how to ski. And last winter my son went skiing (for the first time since 2019) with his 80-year-old grandpa.

  @nellgreenfieldboyce That is not reassuring. I sometimes worry about the mass surveilance devices we all carry around in our pockets, but usually forget to worry about the fact that they are tiny explosive devices as well. Thank you for reminding me.

  @Mrfunkedude I tried to resist. I didn't want to be rude, or whatever poetry's version of a grammar nazi is (meter maid?) but I can't help it. Lines two and three just don't scan. I can't figure out a way to make them work as written. Could I offer two alternate lines?
