  I just finished the last panel of the second page of my doujinshi... (out of the five I originally planned). ...It took me two months to do two pages. At this rate...👴 And on top of that, I just realized I have a couple of minor mistakes... and there's something about the last panel that doesn't convince me... :blobsweat:

  On Sunday, I managed to find some time to play through the ZZZ campaign and beat version 2.8. Honestly... I had a lot of fun. The good part is that it reminded me of what I love about ZZZ. In this part of the campaign, they make fun of themselves a ton. Like when they send Fairy out to find characters with pink hair using a search query that’s a little... weak, and they end up bringing back everyone they know. I love that they describe Nicole as “Best-friends-already.”

  The other day, a video came out showing what was coming in version 3.0 for ZZZ, and what we saw, let's just say, raised some concerns. The new character design is so fantasy-like that you can't tell if the new characters are from Genshin or ZZZ. The situation is so that even people who make comedy comics have picked up on it. People are complaining that ZZZ is losing its identity, and I just saw a video of a guy dismissing the complaints and calling them unfounded.

  Time to upgrade my gamepad. I've really put it through its paces over the past year, and now the buttons sometimes press on their own (which is annoying). The problem is, I don't know which one to go for. *Gamesir G7 Pro? *8bitdo Ultimate 2? *...or should I break the bank and get the Gamesir G7 Pro ZZZ Edition?

  Wait... what? I just found out that the soundtrack for the game “Indivisible” was composed by Hiroki Kikuta, the same guy behind Secret of Mana and Trials of Mana... ...I think I had the game on my wishlist. Time to bump it up in priority. ...hold on. It's only two bucks. :blobthinkingsmirk:

  Well. Looks like I made a mistake. Either that, or I’m just coming face-to-face with the ZZZ GACHA problem. ...The thing is, after the campaign, they’ve managed to make me like Cissia (I still hate the design, though). This week, Cissia and Seed are up. So I decide to go for Cissia (good gameplay and she's patetically fun so win win). To get over the loss of all my resources, I say... “I'm going to do Seed's special mission campaign to get back some badges.” Huge mistak...

  That reminds me, I just finished watching "You and I Are Polar Opposites" (aka "Seihantai na Kimi to Boku"). As usual, I watch series when I have a cold... I liked it. No bad vibes. Pretty wholehearted. I like finding shows that are all about "developing characters and their relationships and having a good time. Drama? Is it really necessary in the world we live in?" The only downside I can think of is that the animation could be better.

  I love how, after watching a bunch of anti-AI videos, YouTube seems to forget all about it and conveniently recommends a video about AI that generates comics. But no... I don't think there's any manipulative intent behind it.... :blobshh:

  I was reading comments about SORA’s shutdown. It’s still too early to call it definitive, but the reactions strike me as interesting. In addition to the flood of images of anime characters holding signs defending SORA (characters whose creators actually reject generative AI...), I saw one comment saying that “SORA had been like a dream, allowing me to see places that didn’t exist, to be a musician or an artist...” Sounds bad, like drug addiction.

  And I think that really highlights where the problem lies. AI allowed they to “perform” at levels normally couldn't reach like a drug, and now without it... But what they experienced was a hallucination (at cost of the non-credited authors). The important thing is that those abilities haven’t been taken away from them because they never had them in the first place, but nothing is stopping them from acquiring through his own efforts, just like all other authors, illustrators, composers.....

  I was doing a log for a module I was building for PrestaShop. As I was thinking about how to do this using Presta’s ObjectModel, I wondered whether `date_upd` would be updated if you saved the object but there were no changes. I asked AI out of laziness, and the answer was “No”, accompanied by a whole load of explanations. All of them were wrong. Tested uploading a product, saved it without making any changes, and date_upd was updated. And that's the "best AI for programming&...

  I realised I was just about to miss the reset for the ZZZ Tower Glory Event. So I decided to round up my top team and see how far I could get. (Yuzu and Astra switches in case of need of healing). Put a healer in your life. So I ended up clearing floor 50 for the first time. (On floor 49 I had to sacrifice Yuzu because I hate the fight against Jane’s Doppelganger. Luckily, you get everyone back every 10 floors.) They work out really well together and on top of that, I really like them all.

  I find colouring intimidating. Every time I have to colour, I freeze up. :blobcatfearful: I’ve got a whole pile of drawings that’ve been left unfinished just when it comes to the colouring. ...Come on, for goodness’ sake, just start already... :blobhammer:
